The Details Matter
Comfort starts here.
The right chamois can completely change how a ride feels. From short training sessions to all-day endurance events, Sportkraft builds around different riding styles, positions, durations and performance needs.

Chamois Technology
The foundation
of every ride.
Comfort isn't simply about adding more padding. Sportkraft chamois options are selected around riding position, duration, discipline and rider anatomy — allowing teams to choose the level of support that best matches how they ride.

Selection Logic
- 01
Position
How aggressive the riding position sits over the saddle.
- 02
Duration
How long the rider is in the saddle in a single effort.
- 03
Discipline
Road, off-road, all-track or crossover use.
- 04
Anatomy
Dedicated men's and women's platforms.

Men's / Women's Engineering
Anatomy matters.
Our chamois collection includes dedicated men's and women's platforms, allowing pad shape, support zones and construction to be selected around the rider — not simply the garment.
Men
Platforms selected around forward road positions and all-track riding angles.
Women
Platforms developed around female anatomical parameters, including dedicated shaping and support zones.
Construction Library
How your kit is built.
Collars, sleeves, hems, zippers, seams, grippers. Each is a decision with a real effect on comfort, durability and how the kit sits at speed. Read it simply, or read it technically.
Available options vary by product and project. Sportkraft confirms construction compatibility during your build review.

In Development
Our full materials library — chamois options, jersey and bib fabrics, mesh, aero fabrics, grippers, zippers and thermal materials — is being documented and will be published here soon. In the meantime, here's how we think about it.
Quick Education
What actually makes
a chamois different?
Ride Duration
Different foam densities and constructions provide support for different amounts of time in the saddle.
Density
Higher-density areas provide additional support in the zones that experience the most pressure.
Shape & Anatomy
The shape of the chamois affects stability, pressure distribution, movement, and riding comfort.
Breathability
Perforation, fabrics, and moisture-management technology help control heat and moisture during long rides.
How It Works
More than padding.
A performance chamois isn't simply a layer of foam. Its shape, foam density, surface material, ventilation and anatomical construction work together to manage pressure, movement, heat and moisture while you're riding.
Surface Fabric
The layer against the skin. It moves moisture away, controls friction and keeps the surface temperature manageable.
Foam / Density Structure
One or more foam densities shaped to support the sit bones, relieve the centre line and hold thickness only where it is useful.
Anatomical Base
The pre-shaped backing that gives the pad its curvature so it sits stable against the body in the riding position.
